Delivery Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and may take between 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs, weather, or postal disruptions.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products are exempt from being returned, including personalised items, perishable goods, and sale items.

How to start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@nobleboutique.co.uk to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorisation code and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photographs and your order details.
