Delivery Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and may take between 3–7 business days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Delays
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs, weather, or postal disruptions.
Customs and Import Taxes
- International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products are exempt from being returned, including personalised items, perishable goods, and sale items.
How to start a Return
- Contact our customer service team at hello@nobleboutique.co.uk to request a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation code and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photographs and your order details.
